Course FAQ

  • Each exercise takes about 1 minute, and each exercise set takes 5-7 mins total.

  • We recommend starting with twice a day, morning and night. However, you can do up to 4x a day for faster results!

  • Yes, we highly recommend you do ALL exercises not just the areas of the face you wish to target! Because the facial muscles work in balance with each other, you’ll get better results by doing all the exercises.

  • Yes. It is most likely that you will not be able to jump ahead, as the exercises increase in intensity and skill.

  • Most people notice changes in as little as two weeks when performed twice a day!
